Legal documentation governing EIDDI Group's operations, client relationships, and data responsibilities — across both EIDDI Solutions LLC and EIDDI (SMC-PRIVATE) Limited.
EIDDI Group's governance is founder-led, with Abdul Hameed serving as Founder and CEO across both entities. Each entity is independently registered and operates in compliance with its own jurisdiction's regulatory framework. As the group grows, EIDDI plans to adopt additional region-specific compliance structures as new markets are entered.

EIDDI's founding principle is "We build it — you own it." All custom software, data models, unique system configurations, bespoke algorithms, and original creative works developed specifically for a client are transferred to the client upon final payment, under written IP assignment agreements.
Every client engagement includes an IP assignment clause in the service agreement. This agreement: (a) confirms transfer of all client-specific deliverables upon project completion and full payment; (b) grants the client exclusive, irrevocable rights to all bespoke deliverables; (c) defines any retained rights to pre-existing EIDDI tools, frameworks, or components incorporated into deliverables.
EIDDI retains ownership of: (a) pre-existing proprietary frameworks, libraries, and tools used to build client solutions; (b) general methodologies and know-how; (c) any components explicitly listed as EIDDI's pre-existing IP in the service agreement. Clients receive a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use retained EIDDI components as part of their delivered solution.
EIDDI does not create proprietary lock-in. All code, documentation, credentials, and access rights are handed over to clients at project close. Clients may continue, modify, or migrate their solutions without requiring EIDDI's ongoing involvement.
All content on eiddi.co — including text, graphics, logos, service names, and methodology descriptions — is the intellectual property of EIDDI Group, protected under applicable law and international IP agreements. Reproduction requires prior written consent.
Effective Date: June 2026. This policy governs payments made via bank wire transfer, Payoneer, Wise, and local PKR bank transfer.
This policy applies to all payments made to EIDDI Group for IT services, software development, network infrastructure, managed IT operations, and business consulting engagements.
To request a refund: (1) Submit a written request to billing@eiddi.co with your invoice number, project details, and reason for request. (2) EIDDI will acknowledge within 2 business days and respond within 7 business days. (3) Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
Clients are encouraged to contact EIDDI directly before initiating a dispute over a wire or bank transfer, as direct resolution is faster and preserves the client relationship. EIDDI will cooperate fully with all dispute resolution processes and provide required documentation within required timeframes.
Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment. Currency conversion losses, payment processing fees, and international transfer fees are non-recoverable and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
In the event of an unresolved dispute, both parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to mediation before escalating to arbitration or litigation under the governing law specified in your Service Agreement. See our Terms of Service for details.
Accepted payment methods depend on which EIDDI Group entity you engage:
All engagements are governed by a written service agreement specifying payment milestones. Standard payment terms are: 50% deposit upon contract signing; 50% upon delivery or as per milestone schedule. Project invoices are issued via email and are due within 14 calendar days of issue date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices not paid within 14 days of due date may attract a late payment charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. EIDDI reserves the right to suspend active service delivery for accounts overdue by more than 30 days.
International clients are invoiced in USD by default. Invoicing in GBP, EUR, or PKR is available upon request. Exchange rates are determined by the receiving bank's applicable rate at the time of transfer.
Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Clients are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or withholding tax in their jurisdiction.
Official receipts and invoices are issued for all payments. Transaction records are maintained for a minimum of 7 years in compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.
Anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements are determined by the EIDDI Group entity you engage and that entity's local regulatory regime. EIDDI Solutions LLC and EIDDI (SMC-PRIVATE) Limited each maintain AML/KYC policies consistent with the banking compliance requirements of their respective jurisdictions. The applicable policy for your engagement is specified in your signed Service Agreement; for details, contact legal@eiddi.co.
